đď¸ Product Description:
The Meader Persimmon is a cold-hardy, American persimmon known for its late-season fruit drop, heavy yields, and dependable performance in northern climates. Dropping sweet, nutrient-rich fruit in late October into December, this tree provides critical winter nutrition when other food sources have run dry.
Its ability to thrive in colder zones makes it a standout choice for food plots and habitat plantings across much of the country. Plus, its tall, upright growth habit offers both vertical cover and long-term mast value.
Produces Male & Female Flowers - pollinator not required. For best results, plant in groups of three or more.Â
đŚ Winter Attraction That Keeps Drawing:
Meaderâs soft, sugary persimmons are a favorite of whitetail deer, raccoons, foxes, and upland birds. The fruit drop happens after most other mast sources are gone, helping you hold wildlife later into the seasonâright when pressure is highest.
đł Why Grow Meader Persimmon?

-
Heavy yields of soft, sweet fruit that wildlife devour

Low-maintenance, disease-resistant, and long-living
đ ď¸ Planting Tips:

-

-
Tolerates a wide range of soils but prefers well-drained conditions

đż Summary:

Healthy Trees, On Time!
I placed my first order couple months ago. Everything came on time, order was right, and trees healthy. Everything has leafed out and growing great! Had such a good experience that I placed a second order. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Oak Orchard
I purchased 35 hybrid oak trees from Morse in 2005 and a majority of them are still alive and have been producing acorns for years. One is even big enough to hunt from. I planted them with tree tubes and watered them regularly for the first two years. It has been a pleasure watching them grow.

Great customer service!
I highly recommend Morse Nursery! My trees arrived 100% healthy. I was really impressed by the height of the trees. I expected little trees like Iâve gotten from other nurseryâs. Will keep buying from you guys. Great customer service too.
