🏞️ Product Description:
The Concordia Hybrid Oak is one of the most uniquely bred white oak hybrids you'll find—featuring a complex lineage of Dwarf Chinkapin Oak × Standard Chinkapin Oak, later pollinated by Swamp White Oak. This two-generation hybrid brings together the speed and early production of dwarf oaks with the size and adaptability of its swamp and chinkapin relatives.
If you're looking for a fast-growing, early-producing oak with strong wildlife value and diverse genetics, Concordia might be the perfect fit.
⚡ Fast Growth & Early Production:
Growers have reported acorn production in just 3–5 years, and growth like “a weed.” One landowner even observed a tree go from 6 ft to 30 ft tall in just 9 years—a testament to its hybrid vigor.
🦌 Wildlife Magnet:
This oak combines some of the sweetest, most digestible acorns from its chinkapin background with the heavy production and resilience of Swamp White Oak. A powerful draw for deer, turkey, and other game, especially during the fall months.
🌱 Adaptable & Resilient:
Thanks to its mixed parentage, Concordia is highly adaptable to a variety of soils—from dry uplands to seasonally moist lowlands. Its wide range tolerance and fast maturation make it a great option for habitat improvement projects and food plot borders.
🛠️ Planting Tips:
-
Space 20–30 ft apart for mast-focused plantings or habitat rows
-
Use a Tree Survival Kit for optimal protection and drought resistance
-
Pairs well with other hybrid oaks for staggered acorn drop timing
-
Prefers full sun but tolerates light shade in early years
🌿 Summary:
The Concordia Hybrid Oak is a cutting-edge, second-generation oak hybrid with unmatched growth speed and habitat versatility. With genetics drawn from three of the most useful oak species for wildlife, this tree brings serious value to any habitat project or mast planting.
Triple-genetics. Early acorns. Built to perform.

Healthy Trees, On Time!
I placed my first order couple months ago. Everything came on time, order was right, and trees healthy. Everything has leafed out and growing great! Had such a good experience that I placed a second order. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Oak Orchard
I purchased 35 hybrid oak trees from Morse in 2005 and a majority of them are still alive and have been producing acorns for years. One is even big enough to hunt from. I planted them with tree tubes and watered them regularly for the first two years. It has been a pleasure watching them grow.

Great customer service!
I highly recommend Morse Nursery! My trees arrived 100% healthy. I was really impressed by the height of the trees. I expected little trees like I’ve gotten from other nursery’s. Will keep buying from you guys. Great customer service too.
