🏞️ Product Description:
The Bur x Turbinella Hybrid Oak is a hardy and adaptable white oak hybrid known for its exceptional toughness and ability to thrive in poor, dry, or rocky soils where many other oaks struggle. This resilience makes it an excellent choice for challenging planting sites and varied landscapes.
Its acorns are sweeter and more palatable than many native oaks, attracting a wide range of wildlife, especially Whitetail deer, turkey, and squirrels.
💪 Tough & Adaptable:
Thanks to its Turbinella parentage, this oak tolerates drought and poor soils, making it perfect for landowners looking for a reliable mast producer in less-than-ideal conditions.
🍂 Wildlife Magnet:
Sweet, nutritious acorns drop in mid to late fall, providing an important food source for game during critical months.
🌱 Easy to Establish:
This hybrid grows at a steady pace and can become a dominant tree on your property, supporting healthy wildlife populations and enhancing habitat diversity.
🛠️ Planting Tips:
-
Space 20–30 feet apart for best growth and mast production
-
Protect young trees with a Tree Survival Kit for higher success rates
-
Plant near food plots or trails to maximize wildlife use

Healthy Trees, On Time!
I placed my first order couple months ago. Everything came on time, order was right, and trees healthy. Everything has leafed out and growing great! Had such a good experience that I placed a second order. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Oak Orchard
I purchased 35 hybrid oak trees from Morse in 2005 and a majority of them are still alive and have been producing acorns for years. One is even big enough to hunt from. I planted them with tree tubes and watered them regularly for the first two years. It has been a pleasure watching them grow.

Great customer service!
I highly recommend Morse Nursery! My trees arrived 100% healthy. I was really impressed by the height of the trees. I expected little trees like I’ve gotten from other nursery’s. Will keep buying from you guys. Great customer service too.
