About Silky Dogwood:
This is one of my favorite Dogwoods because of it’s thicket shrub forming growth habit, plus it produces fruit. This dogwood likes moist site’s best but will grow in dry upland sites just as well. One of the best attributes of this dogwood is that it likes partially shady area’s and can grow in the woods and still fruit’s…..Very cool! Additionally, this plant can grow next to Walnut trees!
